The PG Diploma in Nursery Teacher Training is an online course from APTTI: 240 study hours over 12 months, open to anyone who has passed graduation (any subject). The fee is ₹30,000 + GST in India or USD 475 internationally. No entrance exam or teaching experience is needed.

You get login access to the course materials 24/7 and plan your own time; about 5 hours a week completes the course on schedule. Assignments ask you to plan and reflect on activities with young children, so arrange regular time with children at work, while volunteering or at home. Tutors review your assignments and guide you when you have doubts.
You can work in private preschools, playschools, day-care centres and the pre-primary sections of private schools, run activity or phonics groups, or progress to the Certificate in Nursery Teacher Training or the Diploma in Nursery Teacher Training. APTTI offers placement assistance; jobs are not guaranteed.
APTTI is a private, autonomous institute. Its courses are not approved by India's Ministry of Education, NCTE, UGC or AICTE, so they suit private preschools, schools and professional development rather than government recruitment.
