Studying nursery teacher training from Dubai
Learners in Al Barsha, Deira, Bur Dubai, Al Qusais, Mirdif, Jumeirah, Karama and Dubai Silicon Oasis and across Emirate of Dubai use the same online course: log in at any time, work through the modules and submit assignments to your tutor. You can practise with children where you already work, volunteer at a local playschool or nursery, or use activities at home.
Study is self-paced, so GST (UTC+4) working hours make no difference. Assignments are in English; English and Arabic can all be part of your classroom practice.
Nursery teaching jobs in Dubai
Trained nursery teachers in Dubai work in licensed nurseries, early learning centres and the Foundation Stage/KG sections of British, Indian (CBSE), American and IB curriculum schools. Many also run home-based activity or phonics groups.
The UAE has a large private early-years sector serving expatriate and Emirati families, and many nurseries follow the British EYFS or Indian curriculum. Employers commonly look for a recognised early-years qualification, classroom experience and strong spoken English.

Recognition in the UAE
Teaching roles in UAE schools are regulated by the Ministry of Education and, in Dubai and Abu Dhabi, by KHDA and ADEK, and the UAE teacher licensing system sets its own requirements. Ask your employer or the relevant authority which qualifications they accept before you enrol. APTTI's certificate is notarised in Canada but is not a UAE teaching licence.
