What jobs can I get after an NTT course?
After NTT you can work as a nursery, playgroup, LKG or UKG teacher, an assistant teacher, a day-care or creche teacher, a home tutor for young children, an activity or phonics teacher, or a preschool coordinator with experience. You can also open your own playschool. With a recognised qualification, government nursery posts become possible too.
What this means in practice
Most NTT graduates start in private preschools or the pre-primary sections of private schools. Over time, experience opens coordination, training and ownership roles.
